Book Online

Easily book a pick-up online. Place your dirty laundry in trash bags, or reusable cinch bags. Place your bags on your porch, and leave the rest to us!

Pickup

We pick up your dirty laundry from your porch within the specified time frame you chose.

Wash Time

We wash your clothes according to your preferences with maximum care. Once folded or hung, we place your clean laundry in clear bags, our reusable bags, or ones you provide.

Delivery

We return your clean laundry to your porch within the specified time frame you chose.  

Important Information and Terms and Conditions

Our service includes the pick-up and delivery of laundry within the East Mountain area and surrounding areas. We do not offer dry cleaning services at this time. Any items requiring special care or handling must be communicated to us in advance.

Upon receipt of your order, we will send a confirmation email with your scheduled pick-up and delivery times. You will also receive notifications throughout the process, including updates on the status of your order and any delays.

We take pride in our commitment to quality. If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness or condition of your laundry, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will rectify the issue.

We collect and store personal information provided by customers solely for the purpose of fulfilling laundry orders. Customer data is protected and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with explicit consent.

Payment is due upon delivery of your laundry.

While we take every precaution to handle laundry with care, we cannot be held liable for damages caused by normal wear and tear, or items with pre-existing damage. By using our service, customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or disputes.

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We maintain liability insurance coverage to protect against potential risks and liabilities associated with our laundry service. Our insurance policy provides coverage for damages caused by negligence or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their laundry preferences and any special instructions. We reserve the right to refuse service for items that pose a safety risk or are deemed unsuitable for our facilities.

At this time, there are a handful of items that we cannot accept for cleaning due to the nature of the item or the risk they may pose to our team. We cannot accept the following items for cleaning:

Certain non-clothing items (These specific non-clothing items often require a specialized cleaning process that we are not equipped to provide as clothing care experts):  

Pillows
Curtains
Commercial linens
Sofa covers
Rugs (bath rugs are the exception)

Contaminated items (We cannot accept items that may pose a risk to the safety of our team and/or the items of other customers cleaned in the same facility. These include items that have been contaminated with): 

Bodily fluids from a human or pet
Excessive pet hair
Tar
Moisture if the item is still wet or damp
Mildew
Bedbugs
Poison ivy or poison oak oils
Hazardous chemical residue

Specialty care clothing items(These clothing items require specialty care that falls outside of our area of expertise): 

Wedding dresses
Vintage clothes (in some cases)
Costumes
Hats/Headwear
Shoes
Fur & Animal products (feathers, fur coats)
Purses/handbags
